Abstract

This paper summarizes the issues and legal regulations related to foreign direct investment (FDI) enterprises. Based on these regulations, the author analyzes and evaluates the impact and role of FDI enterprises on the national economy. From this, the author offers suggestions and conclusions to further enhance the operational efficiency of FDI enterprises and attract more foreign direct investment to Vietnam in the future.
