Aesthetic damage is considered one of the most important elements of physical damage when estimating compensation for it, as it affects the aesthetic and apparent aspects of the human body, leading to an imbalance in the aesthetic balance of the human being according to the image in which God created him. This damage is more serious when it leads to the injured person losing his function, and compensation for aesthetic damage is an agreed-upon matter However, there is a difference among jurists regarding the method of compensating for aesthetic damage. Some believe that it should not be viewed as an element independent of physical injury because it is mixed with permanent partial disability and is considered one of its elements. There are also those who view aesthetic damage as material damage that necessarily follows partial permanent disability.
