Laws and Regulations on Risk Management for Investors in Startup Enterprises in Vietnam

Abstract

This article analyzes legal issues related to startups and investors, and examines several relevant case studies. After analyzing the limitations and shortcomings of the current Vietnam’s legal framework, the authors propose solutions to further improve the investment legal system of Vietnam for the next period.
